  • cy fruity hops in the nose, and the pucker, although i definitely get more oak than lacto sourness like most blended lambics. not sure the process here, if it is indeed a blend, there is no indication other than the name. the hops come through pretty well in the taste, definitely tropical, pineapple, passion, melon, limes, but they seem almost outweighed by the yeast in the texture of this beer, w
