  • March 19, 2012As for me, I???m thankful for Dr. Atkins who showed me in 1998 that everything we were being told about nutrition including the need to eat low fat meals, plenty of pasta and fruit, 100 calorie processed snack foods and other unhealthy junk was going to eventually kill me until he showed me the healthy Low Carb truth.
