  • Oil is a finite resource, clearly a few more cents or dollars on the price of fuel as taxes will not be a catastrophe, and if used for funding alternate fuels and technologies, infrastructure repair, mass transit, subsidies back to consumers and businesses that need it, and maybe even tax and deficit reduction, well, by golly, better than Opec and Big Oil getting all the dough!
