  • Doctor, my dad is a diabetic, and as an experiment he has had sweets made of jaggery instead of sugar, and checked his random sugar value after two hours.. strangely enough, while the values for sugar go up drastically, with jaggery sweets, they are pretty normal, like 160ish.. can you explain?
