  • I heard that the 800 number is more accurate than the BMW website or you can maybe ask for the code. (I think 190 is if still on the ship, and 193 is the code for port arrival) or the dealers have pretty good visibility you can ask them too, they even see the details, i.e. if it gets held at the port, the reason codes. etc.
