  • I am confident that the answer is a resounding NO. If a reasonable statistical analysis derives that this is the case, then it stands to reason that there are probably not even a hand-full of charter schools (especially high schools) that can be considered Miracle schools ??? or what I call high-flying high schools in NYC.
