| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - (a) In order to aid in determining whether the Act or N.J.A.C. 3:1-9.7 [hereof] has been violated by a depository institution other than a national bank, the Commissioner [of Banking] shall have the power to hold hearings, issue subpoenas to compel the attendance of witnesses and the production of documents, papers, books, records and other evidence before him or her.
