| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - I do note that these parcels are all still in the Western Gulf, which means that the economic development and benefits will accrue mostly to Texas and Louisiana, (too bad that neither state is going to vote for Obama), and leaves the Eastern Gulf off limits, which means that Alabama and Florida won???t see as much ???love??? as they might if their offshore was opened.
