| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - it is the nicest set of workable water soluble color pencils I have ever purchased, and I am overall pretty pleased with it but I have had issues with some of the yellowy tones and the paler pencils (EX: white-white is great, the lace-white color does not lay down very well at all, which is a shame.) Some colors are definitely a lot stronger than others, especially upon exposure to water.
