Percent 82% in all honesty man i will never recommend any methyls to anyone. my life is a prime example of why one should not do methyls. after just a couple cycles my hair is now thinning. my libido has never fully recovered although according to doctors my test levels are normal. and also my cardio is horrible now as i believe i must have done
