| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - and regardless, a hit to the head is a hit to the head. no way lowering your shoulder to make contact with a player???s head, and one who doesn???t have the puck in this instance, isn???t an intent to injure, and at the very least, it???s a penalty. the NHL decided it was totally clean. yet again, proof the league is a joke.
