| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - I also tried placing the laptop right on top of the computer, in case there was some sort of blind spot, checked that all drivers had appeared in Device Manager.Local Helpdesk useless, and can only suggest uninstall and reinstall.All hopeless!
