| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - (2) The Minister may by order published in the Gazette exempt any housing developer or housing accommodation from any or all of the provisions of this Act and such exemption may be granted for such duration as may be specified in the order, and may be made subject to such limitations, restrictions or conditions as the Minister may specify in the order.
