| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - I've been seeing a lot of reviews saying that this product is a conditioner...this is a moisturizer...you use it in conjunction with the two step protein treatment to balance the drying effect of the treatment...i would use it after any protein treatment...not as a regular conditioner
