| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - I too have alot of issues regarding vaccines with pets and children especially an early age, I have been told that if vacinated at 8 weeks is not effective and have been informed that at 12 weeks for the 1st shot is 100% then to do a shot at 18 months? and believe rabies on top of it!
