| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - I know of a number of kids whose parents refused to have their kids tested, or whose teachers or schools refused to believe there was a learning problem, and when the child finally got services in 4th or 5th grade was irretrievably behind the class AND had an entrenched pattern of behavior problems to go along with it. :-(
