| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - The police believe the shooter was in a gang ??? and since gangs in that neighborhood are black ??? i say the shooter almost certainly was black. it really is a safe bet. my point was the national media have not picked up on this story. why not? could it be because it looks like one more black on black crime?
