| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - ???(6) The members of a committee or subcommittee established under subsection (1) shall elect from its membership a chairman, and if the member elected is a member of the committee or subcommittee by virtue of his nomination by an association the minister shall appoint an additional member to the committee or subcommittee, which additional member shall be nominated by the same association.
