| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - he is only because I am pretty well versed in the area having worked for a little while in Bakersfield.I knew snow was a strong possibility, but it was raining, but it wasn't quite cold enough to snow.The road was closed because of the accident, so I didn't have to worry much about adding to the body count (getting tagged by speeding motorists is always a big concern for news phtographers).
