| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - The board is an Arduino Uno, + to 5V Gnd to Gnd and the signal pin goes to digital 9.I do not know that it does not get to that part it is just common sense but it may be wrong...From what I gather I need to be able to send the signal for a set period of time then stop.
