| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - ng, it is stupid. having said that, there is a cost that is incurred by employers for providing benefits to their employees, but there is a cost to having employees anyway. many businesses, including small businesses, retain outside help to pay their employees (ever see ADP on your paycheck?), and those same resources provide benefit administration as well. it is not free but it is part of the cost
