  • It is certainly true that the idea of a loving god is logically much harder to justify than a hateful or malicious god.Though an atheist by definition does not face this problem since he does not believe in a god, neither a good nor an evil one.Why not just say that an atheist is a person who does not accept claims about the nature of the universe (especially extraordinary claims like a god) on faith
