| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - - Calling it 'undeletable' is definitely a bit exaggerated since clearing the cache AND deleting all other forms of storage (HTML5, Flash, etc) would technically delete identifiers between sessions (i.e you will generate a new cookie_id).
