| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - I prefer to have all my retirement savings in IRA anyway but before you make the transfer, ask the plan administrator if there are any special rules for rolling assets over from IRA to 401k and 401k to 401k first because not everybody will allow all types of transfers.
