| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - As I recall (years since I read this), the tests, using unmanned craft, were conducted in such a way that temporal displacement was lost in location error - they were shot across the Solar System, and nobody realized that there was a relationship between how far they went and how long it took because the control over displacement wasn't good at first and it took a while to find the test ships.
