| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - I worked for years in a community association, and finding a solution for tenants who were ageing and beginning to hoard was always a serious problem - we obviously didn't want to see these people evicted as that would lead to a perhaps fatal downward spiral, but the landlord and other tenants or neighbours also had the right to enforce fire and hygiene codes.
