| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - (2) A person taken before a justice pursuant to subsection (1) is entitled to an immediate hearing but, if a hearing cannot then be had, the person shall be released from custody on giving a personal undertaking to appear to answer to the charge at such time and place as shall then be fixed by the justice.
