http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - Since bad is a relative term, I believe what you mean by a bad patent is one that does not meet the requirements for a patent; i.e., they are not enabled, the inventor did not actually have possession of the invention, the claims are worded in a way that leads to vagueness of scope, or the patents were anticipated or obvious by some sort of prior art or knowledge.
