| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - Not all lenders have these programs so you may have to do some research to find them but they are definitely out there and the interest rates are fairly decent, although slightly higher than a conventional loan but it is tax deductible so it really does not have that big of an impact on your payment and just gives you more to deduct on your taxes.
