| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - (1) Candidates who apply for the extension for instruction in English, a language other than English, mathematics, a science and social studies in the upper elementary grades 5-6 prior to February 2, 2004 and upon such application qualify for the extension, shall meet the requirements of this subdivision.
