| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - the colder the water, the longer one can be revived from drowning. the brain sort of freezes and does not deteriorate. the longest i have every heard was 30 minutes. thank goodness he got out alright, our LB waters are indeed inviting, but there are riptides and they WILL pull you out to sea or underwater.
