| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - i would not advocate for custody versus adoption because in my state it leaves myself open to the parents bringing me to court whenever they want and me having to pay a lawyer, also @ 13 the child would be eligible for subsidy to @ least 21. including medical benefits, therapy, and other things she may need thru the state with custody you may be eligible for medicaid or to put her on your coverage.
