| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - There is no thumb rule that if %usr+%sys is more than 80% means there is a problem since we need to know what is %sys! if %sys is contributing too much to the 80% it could me a matter of concern as we need to know why the system (OS) is eating up a lot of CPU which is not supposed to under ideal conditions.
