| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - Should a member of the Corporation cease to hold an office in NYCLA designated in this paragraph 3.1 for any reason other than the end of a prescribed term of office, and if no successor officer has contemporaneously (i.e., within five business days following such cessation) been installed, the Secretary shall thereupon enter such cessation of membership in the records of the Corporation.
