| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - I know that it has always been done this way and when Presidents have died such as FDR or Kennedy that they found the nearest Federal judge to swear in the VP as President right away instead of waiting for the Chief Justice and a big ceremony.Could just any Tom Dick or Harry off the street administer the oath?
