| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - For all I know, the PA may have decided to cut back on maintenance and repairs to existing trains as new ones are phased in.And, YES, I realize that if you walk into a car with a broken AC you could just switch at the next station, but that is hard to do at busy stations during rush hour, or when saddled with bags, a bicycle or other carry-ons.
