| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - (a) The Committee, at its discretion and with the approval of the Board, may waive, extend or otherwise modify continuing education requirements on an individual basis for reasons of emergency or hardship, such as severe illness or disability which prevents attendance at or completion of continuing education, military service or other good cause as demonstrated by the certificate holder.
