(B) The director of job and family services shall adopt rules in accordance with Chapter 119. of the Revised Code necessary for an assessor to complete a multiple children assessment. (C) This section does not apply to an adoption by a stepparent whose spouse is a biological or adoptive parent of the minor to be adopted.
