| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - Each community college, acting by and through the Board of Trustees of State Institutions of Higher Learning, is authorized to execute oil, gas and mineral leases on any of the property owned by the community college, but such leases shall not extend for a term beyond five (5) years unless oil, gas or other minerals shall be in production under said leases at the expiration of said period.
