| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - I have not heard that there is any mechanism to check that - without a government option like Medicare that has low fixed rates that are not subject to collusion between plans and providers, and especially in states where one plan has an overwhelming majority of the market, people are still going to be forced to pay the rates charged by the carriers.
