| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - seminars are good especially if such would be functional in time but i am just wondering why DepEd authorities ordered concerned school teachers to seminars during the last week of May, during the enrolment of learners? do not the department know the consequences of teachers unable to meet the parents and children upon enroling? do not the department know how demanding it would be for such teachers
