| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - (b) An officer appointed under paragraph (ii) or (iii) or clause (a) above shall, within the limits of such area as the State Government may specify, by notification in the Official Gazette, to be within his jurisdiction, exercise such powers and perform such duties as may be conferred or imposed upon him by or under this Act.
