(The one I remember particularly was when joker states that the stealth systems are engaged and we are dropping out of FTL now, in ME1 it was said that this was impossible and that jumping in and out of FLT makes the ship light up on sensors, I vaguely remember adams saying that jumping to FTL with the stealth systems engaged would destroy the ship.
