| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - I would tell him that it seems that the wiretapping law only comes into play when cops and other government officials find themselves being filmed when they do not want to be, and that sort of content-based discrimination is a bright line 1st Amendment violation for which the police, if acting under color of authority, can not only be liable as city employees, but can be personally liable as well.
