| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - I believe it is around 80 percent, and they are likely to reach into their male dominated networks and I think that, like I say, it is not a legislative fix, but universities need to go out and recruit, and they need to be committed to finding the best people for the job, and if they are really committed to doing that, about 50 percent of the time the best per for the job is going to be a woman.
