| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - (5) The Minister may, with the consent of the Minister for Finance, direct the Director to pay into the Central Fund or the growing produce thereof such sum as he or she may specify being a sum that represents the amount by which the aggregate sum received by the Director in each financial year exceeds the aggregate costs incurred in the administration of his or her office in that year.
