| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - Debt obligations issued by the Agency under the provisions of this chapter shall not be deemed to be a debt or a pledge of the faith and credit of the commonwealth, except to the extent provided pursuant to the provisions of this chapter, but, except as aforesaid, shall be payable solely from the funds of the Agency from which they are made payable pursuant to the provisions of this chapter.
