| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - I can not say much about France, Canada and Sweden, but I do know there are a lot of people in England/UK who can not get testing/treatment they need, due to the rigidity and antiquated guidelines of the NHS. I have also seen it a few times with Canadians.
