| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - I have read elsewhere that the law provides that there is a presumption that you have abandoned your permanent residence if you stay out more than 6 months continuously*, so my assumption at the moment is that the July 23rd date applies, but I would appreciate your comment on the point.
