| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - I forgot to mention that I???m 5???11 and 185 pounds I lift as heavy as I can doing 5 sets of 5 ??? 7 reps mainly with squats and bench I really do believe that I could get up to 200 pounds if I could get my bird legs to grow, but it really is very difficult with lack of rest because of my 7 p.m. ??? 7 a.m. work schedule.
